NEED HELP, something not working :(

Alright, every time i try to play one of the emulators i get an error like (801234) or (801240) [not exact numbers] and it says cannot find game or something like that. Now i did some reading before any of you say "search", and i noticed something called firmware 1.5?Now i heard it restricts you from playing...and yes my psp is 1.5. Is this my problem?I first dragged and dropped everything into the right spots, didnt work so i extracted them there instead of the drag and drop. Still same problem. So wut is up with this, guys at my work are playing them (not sure wut version they have) and i wanna play!

i did put the roms in that folder, and i didnt touch the folder "nesterj%", you basically just told me to put roms in the right folder?But i did that, and it doesnt work. im getting frusterated, please help

redownload it and UNCHECK the make alavilable emus hidden or something along that name

i just did that. it shows the corrupt folder which i thought it was a good thing. after that it shows the VBA icon, click on that and it just brings me back to the main page?like wut the hell!??

I believe you are not extracting DIRECTLY to your PSP. Extract DIRECTLY to your PSP and you will be cool.... its easiest using the Self-Executable and just changing the drive letter to your psp drive letter.

well i dragged and dropped the roms there, didnt extract them directly since unchecking the applicable hidden thing. would that make a difference?

so yah the minute i click on the vba icon, it doesnt show error anymore..it just brings me back to the main page. and i do have v1.5

ah u typed that as i typed mine lol. alright well i will try that. now do i just extract the roms or the whole thing?!?

ahhh you are working now....

now what you need to do is name your rom "rom.gba" and put it where the "insert rom.gba here" file is

VBAPSP only allows for one rom at a time because it must be named rom.gba

alright so where it says insert rom thats where i insert the rom, and name it rom.gba?and do i only extract the roms directly to the psp or everything?

yes.

you dont have to extract roms directly to psp. those files dont matter where they come from.
